Shipping Policy

We will ship guitars to all countries in the European Union. For other countries, please ask us first to find a perfect solution for the shipment. Normally we use UPS and the guitar will be shipped within 3 working days after receiving the funds.

Local pick up is possible as well.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are sold As-Described and cannot be returned unless they arrive in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging.
